State Highway 19 near Johnny’s Tavern
Any individual leaving Johnny’s after around midnight will be tailed as they travel either direction on rte 19 or as they travel west on 198. The speed limit on 19 is 35 mph, 198 is 45 mph – if you’re even close to the speed limit they’ll pull you over, hoping to get a DUI in addition to the speeding ticket. This is predatory behavior to the extreme.
