Unmarked police cars (usually grey sedans) sit in the residents’ driveways between the light at the UPMC driveway and Homer Road trapping folks in the 35mph zone.

There are 2 traps set on the same side of the road within a 1,000 yards of each other. If you are traveling from Wilmerding/Pitcarin into Turtle Creek they are located on the side of the road up into the hillside & hidden by weeds. I have seen them sitting there late night but also during the day.

PC sits in bus parking lot/old bowling alley as well as the behind the VFW/old Lamp Lighter. Brown Ave is currently being studied for potential speed enforcement equipment (three new stop signs). The radar machine is recording speeds as to determine the necessity of this intervention.
