Upper Darby, Pennsylvania Speed Traps

There is an unmarked cruiser (sometimes marked) that is from the municipality of Milbourne. They sit right under the elevate train line, and trap motorists as the speed limit in philadelphia is 35 and the speed limit in this town is 25 within a few feet. They will pull you over, say you were speeding, and give you a ticket without points. Their intention is to generate revenue.
