Prospect Street/Spring Garden & York City Cut off
Spring Garden Police hide behind the billboard beside the Hardees. They usually get people just about to enter York City because as they cross the line from Spring Garden to York City the speed limit drops from 35 MPH to 25 MPH immediately. I’ve never been stopped personally but not a day goes by that I haven’t seen someone being issued a ticket.
