Mayaguez, Puerto Rico Speed Traps

When exiting onto Route 100 from Highway 2 in Mayaguez, the posted speed limit is 45 mph, however, the it is a two lane road that could handle 55 mph. I believe speed is checked from the exit to the uphill because the police are often pulling people over once they start up the hill.
