Hull, Quebec Speed Traps

Between Gamelin Boulevard and St-Jean-Bosco Street exit. Going South. They don’t need to hide in the bushes, it’s very dark.

Heading south on Highway 5 through Hull, just past the exit to Gatineau the highway curves to the right. Just around the curve there is usually a QPP waiting. The speed limit through this section is a measly 70 km/hr, even though this is a major highway, so it’s easy to speed and not even realize it. Watch out. You can’t see this speed trap until it’s too late.

When you get to the end of the first section of hw 5 where you must turn right, there are always QPP at the bottom of the hill clocking people. I have been stopped there not 10 seconds after I thought to myself to slow down. I wouldn’t push it, they’ll pull you over with Ontario plates for 5 over the limit…
