A police car parks on Kindersley east of Lucerne and watches for drivers who “burn” the red traffic signal. As he is fairly well hidden, he is able to catch scofflaws on both Lucerne AND Kindersley.

you are not allowed to go straight between 6and 9am. they are either under the metropolitain or parked on brittany avenue.
