Very good chance in school time. I got 83 km/h in a 50 km/h zone. Most of the time, there is a only one cruiser but also do very big operation (10 to 15 cruisers).

Anytime of day but especially during rush hour when the traffic is heavy. Police are parked in any entrance to any business along the service road. Because there are so many small business’ with traffic coming in and out, they blend in perfectly. Also one can already be quite distracted with all the traffic one has to negotiate on the service road. The limit is 50km/h but the officer told me they will usually tolerate up to 75km/h. Beware!
