Saint-Hubert, QuebecApr 18, 20100 Comments

Going south on road 112 just after Mountainview boulevard (traffic lights) the speed reduces from 70 to 50 Kmh. They often hide on the right after the traffic light on a samll street that crosses road 112. This has been a trap for years and is one of their favorite places.

State Highway Route 116 near Bypass just before going to Montreal Bypass

Saint-Hubert, QuebecSep 29, 20070 Comments

The speed limiti on Highway 116 is 90km but not long after the bypass there is another sign up where the speed limit goes down to 70km. Police cars are parked in the mid-section of the Highway just right after the bypass. Well hidden they wait to see cars and catch the ones who don’t reduce their speed to 70km. It’s really a good trap for everyone because they would never think that the speed would reduce at that point just before using the blvd Taschereau going to Montreal.

Gaetan-Boucher Boulevard near Sydney Avenue

Saint-Hubert, QuebecJun 19, 20070 Comments

When going SW on Gaetan-Boucher, before the Kimber/Maricourt overpass, there is a small avenue on the right, called Sydney. Cops on motorcycles are waiting for you since years and years. Since it is a 3 lanes Blvd, 70 km/h seems like a more realistic speed. 50 km/h is the actual limit.

116 Road

Between Taschereau Blvd and highway 30 there a few speedtrap.
Going south (Bt-Bruno) there’s is one right before you get to the Promenade St-Bruno exit. They usually hide of the road behind a guardrail.
Goin North (Longueuil) Be careful approaching Blvd Edouard underpass (where’s the railroad cross). They hide just of this structure and there’s sometime a few patrol cars.
Also there’s another one going north just before you get on Taschereau. Watch out for the unidentified car in the parking to the right.
