Barrington, Rhode Island Speed Traps

Barrington cops sit on Rt 114 S maybe a half mile from East Providence/Barrington lines, you are driving at 45/50 MPH heading south in a 45 MPH zone and as soon as you see the cops around the corner it’s too damn late as the speed limit has dropped to 40 MPH, just another way to make income for the State, the Town of Barrington doesn’t get a nickel as they do not have a court house.

Police hide in old Cemetery entrances watching for expired inspections and registrations, when traffic is light they turn on the radar to catch unsuspecting motorists from both North and South on route 114/103

Police hide with KA radar on corner of Paquin and Massasoit, they hide parked on the wrong side of the road (Paquin) behind a fence, catching motorists driving West

Police sit in Nayatt school parking lot. Speed limit 25 MPH. Plolice also patrol length of Nayatt road using radar while moving. Anything over 35 MPH, you’re toast.

Local Cops sit (hide) behind trees and bushes with KA radar guns on corners of Plymouth Drive (heading East) and Massasoit Road, also on corner of Anderson Drive (heading West) and Massasoit Road, unless you have a radar gun you’ll get nabbed, you do not see them until you are ontop of them….
