Barrington cops sit on Rt 114 S maybe a half mile from East Providence/Barrington lines, you are driving at 45/50 MPH heading south in a 45 MPH zone and as soon as you see the cops around the corner it’s too damn late as the speed limit has dropped to 40 MPH, just another way to make income for the State, the Town of Barrington doesn’t get a nickel as they do not have a court house.
