New Speed Trap: Around Kent Heights School and Benny’s. They just put in new speed limit signs for 30 mph, cars are used to traveling 40-45 on this stretch without a problem even though the old speed was 25. Now you will be stopped if you are going over 30.

East Providence police are notorious for hiding in both directions along this strip of Highway 114 leading South to Barrington, RI and on Interstate 195 heading north. The most frequent locations are heading south from I-195 to Barrington after the 1st and 2nd turns, and heading north from Barrington to I-195 just after crossing the border into East Providence and again at the last turn before the ramp to I-195 W.
