They have traps all over the City, I’ve seen them out at 10:30 pm. They hide in Parking lots or on side streets. They are polite and always cite you for less than your clocked speed. Speed limits at 25-30 mph for 2 lane highways are unrealistic. The same speed limit applies to all or most side streets. The traffic court is in a commercial plaza and is always full.
