There is a 35mph zone entering town on a 4 lane devided highway with exit ramps. The 35 zone is totally inapropriate and the signs are placed in a location to be easily missed. After driving 8 miles in a well marked 55 zone you go around a left hand curve. As you look left the damaged sign is on the right and is about 2ft shorter than the 55 signs. I learned from the local DOT rep that Fort Lawn has refused a request by the DOT to change to zone to 45 and has been heavily enforcing it for 15+ years to the tune of in my case $207 per ticket and I was going significantly less than 55 at the time.
