Cops will park on the left hand side of Kelleytown Road (leaving Hartsville). They issue tickets for people exiting Carolina Avenue onto Kelleytown Road. The speed limit is 45 on Kelleytown Road. The interesting point of this road is the city limits runs down the middle of the road. Entering Hartsville is in the county (up to the point of the intersection of Carolina and Kelleytown Road). Leaving Hartsville is in the city limits. They park on private property (at the edge of the trees) in the county to set up radar.
