Hwy. 9 going through town
Going through Lake View, SC, on Highway 9, (from Grand Strand area) the speed drops from 45mph at the edge of town to 35mph at S. Main St. and by the time you make a left to continue on Hwy 9/ W. 3rd St. (towards Dillon) it drops to 25 mph. PAY ATTENTION. We were pulled over there in January 2010 and fortunately got a warning. We went through there last night making sure we looked for all signs. Not surprisingly, there was a car pulled over about the same place we had been pulled over 4 months ago. The car had NC plates like ours. Hopefully they got a warning…
