It goes from 25 mph to 35 mph in this stretch. Cruisers and motorcycles sit or patrol this spot. I got a ticket during bike week. That’s when it’s the worse.
Briarcliffe Acres Middle Gate Road / US 17
Briarcliffe police will set up in the shadows on either side of 17 usually in front of the Forest subdivision. impossible to see them until its too late. The speed limit in this section is 45 mph. but most people are going at least 55mph
On the old Air Force base near the Red Cross and Tech schoo
Motor Cycle Police Patrol constantly catching people on what is a lightly traveled road and so you do not think of the speed.
Rt 22 between Myrtle Beach and Conway—both ways
Car sits at milepost 14 going toward Conway, speed limit is 60 but it’s a straight open road and you tend to go faster without realizing it. Another car with radar going toward Myrtle Beach. Police sit in car in gully after a small hill about 1/4 way from the start of the road.
international drive / grissom parkway
they sit in the middle of the road with lights off ( which should be outlawed for our safety ) in front of the Bellgrove development / foodlion forest plaza.
