Do not pick up speed until you are PAST the posted signs. It goes from 30 to 45, and you will be ticketed at precisely what you are doing at the sign. You will be ticketed under a town ordinance, and the money is sent personally to the name of the "trial officer" on the ticket, not the town?!

This is a small town, with only one caution light at the cross road in town. The speed limit drops from 55mph to 30mph for about a quarter mile, then you are out of town. The police hide behind trees and bushes to catch their prey.
