SCHP has just added an unmarked black Charger with blue hood stripes to their fleet. Crossover in the median @ MM 74, they sit there or underneath the bridge just south of MM74. SCDOT truck enforcement runs enforcement from here to the NC line as well using marked Chevy Surburbans.

Sudden and pointless change in speed limit from 70 to 60 caused immediate officer to pull 2 of us over. On way back through here, saw 9 police cars lined up and waiting for others.

From intersection of Rt 5 and Dave lyle Blvd, travel Dave Lyle Blvd in a North East direction to the intersection of Sturgis Rd.
Speed limits alternate between 45 mph and 35 mph. Speed limit signs are posted in right side of 4 lane high way and may be blocked by vehicle in right lane.
Patrol officers are place in hidden positions where posted speed reduces, bingo you have a ticket.
Also Do Not travel through a "Yellow, Caution traffic light" in the city of Rock Hill, you will have a ticket for not observing a traffic signal.
McConnells Hgwy
Just when you come up to the WestEnd Baptist Church, 35MPH. Always be aware that a police officer will be sitting in the driveway. As you proceed out ward on McConnels Hgwy, the Shriners Club has a parking lot where they also sit. Always remember to stop for that light!
Mt Gallant from India Hook Rd 2.5 miles to Museum Rd.
Cops sit at a church behind their sign w/radar and on Falconwood Circle w/cars and on motorcycles. 35 mph is too slow in a rural area. They also run moving radar as road is curvy.
