US Highway 15 near Northern edge of town
Local PD will sit under a low-hanging tree facing northbound traffic, off the road and literally at the end of the sidewalk before you hit farmer’s fields. Due to the heavy shade from the tree, the police vehicle is nearly invisible, especially late in the afternoon and early evening. Speed limit through here is 30MPH, though it jumps to 55 about a 1/8 mile farther up the road. Most cars are already travelling 40+ in anticipation of the higher speed limit just past the cop car, making it easy for Barney to enrich the town coffers.
