Oakbrook from Dorchester to Fire Dept. on Ladson rd.
The 40mph speed limit sign is barely visible as you turn onto Ladson Rd. from Dorchester Rd by the corner of Walgreens (there is not another sign for about a mile). Ladson is a nice wide four lane road here, and it is easy to speed unknowingly. The Summerville police park in the subdivision side streets, and are ticketing speeders constantly. The speed does not change to 45 mph until after the bridge by Old Fort Fire Dept. Slow down and drive careful.
Ayscough Rd in The Gates
There is a new stop sign in this development. Make sure you come to a COMPLETE stop. Many residents have gotten ticketed for coming to a "rolling stop" when there has been no traffic.
