At Yankton Trails park during soccer games a motorcycle cop will often sit hidden in the middle parking lot waiting for cars to come around the roadway. It is very difficult to see him with the trees unless you are looking off the roadway to the side of the parking lot.

Camera set up at 10th and Minnesota. Right turns on red light not allowed. Zero tolerance.

Cops like to sit at the bottom of the long bridge over the railyard coming out of downtown and zap people speeing (which is very common). Less often I’ll see them ride a motorcycle up on the sidewalk and zap people in the middle of the bridge and have patrol cars waiting at the end.

Police car sits on top of overpass with Radar shooting cars going West on I229. Usually there are 6 or 7 police cars waiting 1/2 mile farther west on I229 giving the tickets.
