Definitely a speed trap at times. I've seen them sit in the median mostly. They have a cross-over in which they sit, and this is just over a rise when you are southbound on Rt 3. If you're going too fast, you likely won't be able to slow down in time once you've seen them.
This is between I-270 and New Poag Rd (not "pogge").
