Unfair camera - this is not about safety this is the government stealing money. How much has this camera made. At somepoint these cameras will come down because these cameras are unfair - its clear that until that time, the City of Gaithersburg wants to take as much money as they can.

I got nailed going 44 MPH BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO AVOID A *&*&%^^&%$ VEHICLE ON MY TAIL as I turned onto Frederick Avenue south (from Summit Ave., downtown G'burg). What a crock of shit!! I reviewed the photos from the safe speed website and sure enough....less than 5 feet from my rear bumper is that friggin' car, going (obvisouly) as gast or faster than I was since he moved over to the passing lane. If this idiot had slowed down (there was another car beside him/her) then I would have been able to merge and wouldn't have gone anywhere close to 44 MPH.
