1000 Shenandoah Ave (near hospital)
Stopped doing 42 in what was said to be a 25 hospital zone (on a bright sunny Sunday). Officer said hospital sign was "flashing 25" which was not the case. Beware if you are passing through Front Royal to reach Skyline Drive.
