The cruiser is parked on the shoulder facing traffic of the westbound lanes so their reflective markings cannot be seen. This road was widened from 2 lanes to 4 lanes, but the previous 55 mph speed limit has not been reinstated since construction ended last fall.

Unmarked units are also in use during daylight hours, and there is occasional enforcement by TN State Troopers or Montgomery County Sheriff’s Dept.
