114 Between Las Colinas and DFW.
There is always at least one cop running radar on 114 in this area each day, usually more. They generally sit around MacArthur, and Esters. I have been informed by an insider with Irving, that they allow 10 over, but they are extremely effecient in this area, and are raising the needed capital for a new stadium through tickets.
