116th Street near College Avenue
The newly redone section of 116th Street between Meridian St. (US 31) and Rangeline Rd, should be avoided. The road is 4 lanes with median, and ridiculous 30 mph speed limit. Traffic maintains 35 – 40 mph. Daily, I encounter one or more officers on foot with radar guns, radioing to officers parked in a hidden location(s). If officers are not on foot one or more are in cars located in a partially concealed side road near the Monon Trail.
