12th ave just south of bayou blvd
Bottom of the hill right before the climb back… just to the west of the small bridge… the bandits hide thier car on euclid and then walk out to 12th ave and hide behind the telephone pole with a radar gun… you will be driving along and he just pops out of nowhere… pretty sneaky… sounds like big brother ot me
