131st Street east of 104th Avenue
Apparently about a half mile section of this thru street along a boundary between Orland Park and Palos Park comes under the jurisdiction of Cook County. Overnight the speed limit dropped to 30mph and Cook County Sheriff patrol cars were there issuing citations. You are fortunate to get behind a local who crawls along otherwise you would feel perfectly safe doing 40-45mph.
