14th Street Offramp from Southbound 91 Freeway
after exiting the 91 freeway southbound for 14th street…when you get to 14th street be carefull….. on 14th street when turning right there is a photo camera across the street that takes a picture of vehicles that do not make a COMPLETE STOP when turning Right when the light is Red.

Officers have been accused of soliciting good looking women for sex in exchange to tear up the citation. Be extremely careful anytime you are stopped by a Riverside police officer as this department is about as corrupt as any in the U.S.A. There is no telling what you might be faced with.
The 91 freeway runs east and west, not north and south.
Actually, the 91 Freeway at 14th Street is more North/South than East/West. The camera there is supposed to catch "red light runners" but most of the fines come from people who fail to stop completely when turning right onto 14th Street from the off ramp. Cops and Riverside bureaucrats say Red Light cameras are there to protect drivers, but if they don't generate more revenue than they cost, the city moves them.
