151st Street
just east of the new high school, on the south side of the road a kiefer police cruiser sits IN the ditch. The ditch is fairly deep, and the cruiser has NO lights on, therefore it is virtually impossibe to see it. I only know because he got me.

This post only talks about the Officer sitting out in the open, not hidden in anyway, shape or form. If you know anything about that area you also know that area is wide open. How can that be a speed trap? Get real, I live in Maplewood edition and can say I wish they did more enforcement out there, I've watched kids out there doing donuts in the middle of the highway and I hate it.
