1600 West Street near Redwood Road
This is a neighborhood street leading into a business park. A favorite spot on nice days for WVC Police to hide in the driveway of apartment complex by bushes. The speed is posted at 25, but people want to get to work or leave work are in a hurry. 10-15 over limit is common.
