16th St where Ninnekah city limits starts
They park in two places:
On east side of road just south of city limits sign.
Also 1/2 mile north of US 81 they hide near the trees on the west & east side of 16th st.
Limit is 45mph and it is easy to go 60mph with realizing it.

Come on dude! you just said that the speed limit is 45 and you do 60. Who cares where they sit. just Obey the law and you would have to cry on here.
