16th Street near Monmouth Street
Travelling 16th street between Ash Creek School and Talmadge Middle School. School zones obviously 20 mph during school hours, 25 mph outside of school hours. Problem is that a stretch of road between the 2 schools on 16th doesn’t seem to be school zone, nor residential. Its woods and marsh on both sides of the road, but IS 25 mph!

Monmouth police like to sit in Ash Creek school parking lot at night and shoot radar down 16th Street towards Independence. You will never see a school age child out at 2AM, but their goal is to collect those $190 fines all night.
