16th Street near US Highway 7t
On 16th street (Hickey Park) there is will usually be a RPD cop sitting somewhere on that street and There is NO speed limit posted so watch your back… It’s a 30 MPH zone because it’s an unposted ”urban” zone. Trust me slow down it’s not worth a 200 dollar ticket.
