If you are on 436 heading west comingg up to 17-92 and turning right to head north, they have plain clothes officer standing on the corner. As vehicles come to the corner the officer looks in the vehicle and observes whether or not occupants have their seatbelts on, then radios vehicles in the parking lot just past the 7-11.
