17 Bypass near State Highway 707
Watch for enforcement as the limit goes from 55mph to 45mph after the overpass and nearing the intersection of 707 (Southbound). Also, highly maitained am presence from Murrells Inlet post office to same overpass (Northbound)

I am not unsympathic, as I often speed through this area too if traffic permits. but I think some people are confusing a speed trap with speed enforcement. I asways thought of a trap as a point where the speed limit aburptly reduced by 20 or more mph, and often for no appearant reason, and a cop, waiting for you to make an almost unavoidable mistake. A cop enforcing speed limits is not really a trap.
Georgetown County Sheriff's cars are frequently parked in the median to scare people. Sometimes they are manned so be cautious.
