17 going East near Coopers Corners Rd
The cops hide about an 1/8 of a mile from Coopers Corners Rd pointing west. Usually early morning while it’s still dark, clocking folks rushing down the hill from Mongaup Valley towards Coopers Corners, running late for the bus going into the city.
