17th Avenue near 42nd Street
It has a 25 mile an hour speed limit but it is fairly wide open and somewhat undeveloped for the first two blocks or so going east on 17th Ave South from 42nd St South. Both my wife and I got lulled into feeling you could go faster and sure enough we both have gotten tickets. There is good reason to slow down as you go east because after a few blocks it quickly turns into an obvious residential area with a grade school on the SE corner of 17th Ave So and 34th St South. I travel this route a lot and it seems that I routinely see people being ticketed so slow down and watch out!
