17th Avenue near Century School
Police officer sits in the Century Elementary Parking lot next to warming house facing either east or west down 17th Ave. Speed Limit is 25 and 20 when children are present. School zones are a hot spot for police cars.

Like the post says, School Zones are hot spots for police cars. But, this is NOT because they are speed traps, its for the safety of the children who are present near schools in MUCH higher numbers even during off hours when they may be playing at the parks or in the lot around the school.
