190 Expressway going toward Harker Heights
Killeen PD post up in the car dealerships parking lot or Rosewood Nursing home driveway behind the sign or right before it in the entrance to the small plaza on right, I live nearby and watch them pull one car over after another. Also HHPD sits up in the Uptown Liquor parkinglot facing traffic, they too pull one car over after another, Be careful if you like to exceed 45mph.

Yes, this is a trap! I was pulled over in 2007 after exiting 190 at the 2410/Knights Way exit and the police were sitting in the dirt area near the small plaza on the right. I fought my ticket by requesting all radar info on police officer and took pictures from his cars position. 190 runs right behind the access road so I artgued that my being accused of doing 67 in a 45 may have been a car on the freeway behind the road (which is a 60mph zone). I don't know what speed I was doing because I was going witht he flow of rush hour (5:30pm) traffic...but I slow way down when I exit there now!
