NEW off-ramp. Galloway and Hickory Withe / Arlington – Galloway Police Unit out of Jurisdiction, South of I-40/ Orr Road. Their Jurisdiction is the North Side of I-40. The officer was South of Orr Road by a good distance about 1,000 yard or more blacked out. I never entered Galloway. Called Galloway PD to report him to a Captain or Watch Commander. No answer, at all! Running a speed trap and moving violation trap (mine was one bulb out in my one headlight). He wrote me a full M.V. and fine, usually a fix-it. To add insult to injuy the vehicle I was driving was registered to retired law enforcement. He wrote a write in violation with out not of the code violated. AND! He got the description of the car wrong. Did not even copy it right off of the registration. Wrong color, wrong doors, wrong description. All reasons to get this rediculous ticket kicked, by law! Let’s see if the Judge follows the law. Under TN headlight violations this is not reportable to DMV as an infraction.
