199th Str, North of Hwy 54/400 traffic light.
Parks on the East side of 199th by the city building about 1/2 mile north of hwy 54/400. Mostly radars Southbound traffic. Lots of city revenue. Loves to pull over for whatever reason and usually gives tickets for burned out light bulbs. Will not share their doughnuts with you.
