One night this past summer I was sitting outside by the lights at 18th st N. There were 3 cop cars positioned every 100 yards near that light just after the speed is reduced to 30 heading into town. In the half hour I was out there I saw 12 cars pulled over by these three cars. After the half hour they left and moved to a different location.
