19th street NW bridge
They like to sit on the on ramp to 52 noth at nights after 11pm I see them just about everynight when I go home from work

This is definitely a high speed trap area, no matter time of day or night. They sit on the on ramp from 19th street bridge and come down on north bound Hwy 52 to catch you just after you come under neath the 19th street bridge. Watch out for this area.
