It's actually on E Street eastbound past 1st Avenue, going towards Hwy 805. Downhill speed is not to exceed 30, but you head down that hill and easily hit 40 if you don't keep tapping your brakes. The radar gun is at the bottom, past the intersection of Flower and E St/Bonita Rd. They will pull over two or three cars at a time. Keep you speed under 35 going down the hill!
