A cop likes to hide across from Clinton Rosette Middle School and pick off people going over 20 as they come down the hill heading north.

This is not a speed trap but a school zone. The only time the cop is there to enforce the 20mph speed zone is during drop-off and pick-up times when the school zone lights are flashing. Unfortunately, too many soccer mom and dads go blazing through there to drop off their precious cargo exceeding not only the 20mph school zone limit but the 35 mph regular limit in force when the light is not flashing.
