This road is constantly patroled. Cars are often parked on-street between residential vehicles or come onto the street from the residential area. A few cars are commonly parked at the Tesoro station near the bridge also. The area is only 30 mph, which feels unbearably slow, and cars usually go 35-40. Police also have a tendency to follow people and pull them over, even if going the speed limit, for being "suspicious." Overall, be careful in this area.
