2100 block Helix street
Officer positions himself at the bottom of hill (after a series of sharp curves). He uses radar although the accuracy and veracity of the speed is questionable. Almost always cites drivers at 41 – 46 mph in a 25mph zone. (I work at the court where his citations are located.)
