Perfect place for a true speed TRAP. Speed limit is 25 mph in a divided road where there are no stoplights. Should be at least 35 mph limit, slowing as you get to areas where the lights are. Very easy to go 40 mph in this section, which costs you $150.00!! Rip off by DC.
